Open the Checkout Detective Chrome side panel while viewing your Shopify storefront. Tap the tier badge (e.g. FREE) in the top header, paste your license key (starts with PRO- or AGENCY-), and click Activate.
Q:Does Checkout Detective have access to my store's customer database or orders?
Never. Checkout Detective is engineered under a strict Zero-PII architecture. All diagnostics, HAR waterfall checks, and pixel audits run 100% locally in your browser. No customer records, card numbers, or checkout forms are ever recorded or transmitted to any server.
Q:How do I obtain a VAT-compliant business receipt?
Upon checkout, Lemon Squeezy automatically generates and emails you a tax-deductible PDF receipt. If you require your registered company name, address, or VAT/GST number printed on the receipt, you can click "Generate Invoice" directly inside the Lemon Squeezy receipt email.
